When I go into the Optimize SQLs Details tab it is blank. The area for that tab is all white.

1) Make sure SQL Optimizer is closed. 2) Go into your C:\Documents and Settings\<User>\Application Data\Quest Software\Quest SQL Optimizer for Oracle\7.5.2\Layout directory and rename the QueueTuningSQLDetailDock.xml file to QueueTuningSQLDetailDock.xml.old. 3) Restart SQL Optimizer.
