Outline editor, change the execution plan generated from the outline

In the 9i OEM Oracle provided an editor for stored outlines that allowed you to change the hints in the outline. This editor is no longer available in 10g OEM. I am familiar with the outline editor in SQL Optimizer which allows changing the name of the outline and its classification but this tool is limited. I want to be able to change the hints (i.e. change the execution plan generated from the outline).
