Get "The system cannot find the file specified" error migrating baseline

When trying to migrate a baseline, a message saying "The system cannot find the file specified" is being returned.
원인
Exp.exe file, which is used to migrate the baseline, cannot be found by SQL Optimizer.
해결 방안
Make sure that an exp.exe file was installed with the Oracle client and that the Oracle client BIN folder is added to Windows environment PATH variable.
An easy way to verify this is to open a Windows Command Prompt and run command: exp.exe.
