WORKAROUND: If Toad for Oracle is installed, connect to database and select Database | Optimizer | Quest SQL Optimizer menu option or use the toolbar icon to launch Optimizer.
STATUS: Waiting for fix to be released in a future version of Quest SQL Optimizer for Oracle.
