The CodeXpert metrics is saying the package body has 0 statements, when it does have statements.
원인

It looks like it has a problem with using "MEMBER OF" with a nested table type. If you comment out all uses of the "MEMBER OF"
statements, it processes as it should.

WORKAROUND:
None
