Does SQL Navigator support an Oracle 7.3.4 database?
해결 방안

SQL Navigator does support connection to a 7.3.4 Oracle database.

You may need to check one of the following options to allow connection:
1) "Force OCI 7 for this connection", which can be found by clicking the "Options" button on the connection window.
2) "Use OCI v7", which can be found by selecting View | Preferences | Session from the menu bar.

This solution is current as of SQL Navigator 6.0. For versions of SQL Navigator that are released after version 6.0, you will want to check the following link for compatibility.
