RESOLUTION:
Change the watch variable:
1. Click on the watch in Watches list to make it focused and its properties will be populated in the panel.
2. Click on one of the radio box in Scope group to change its scope to a proper one.
3. Click Debugger menu Watch/Break | Update to apply the change of the scope, or press Ctrl + Enter will do the work as well.
