CLR wait types are constantly causing my SQL server to show poor performance. These waits can be ignored safely. How to fix the performance health monitor to correctly report on the performance health of the server.
원인
The Performance health is calculated from different data than the Workload drill-downs. It is using the wait statistics which does not rely on extended events and samples across the whole instance, also not taking the ignore list into account.
