Can Spoltight be integrated with System Center Operations Console ? Is there any documentation on this integration to be able to send alarm/alerts to SCOM ?

Spotlight on SQL Server doesn't have any integration with SCOM. The only thing that can be done is that if SCOM has a command line tool then Spotlight on SQL Server can run that using an action on an alarm. But the actions aren't run for normal alarms so SCOM could not be notified when an alarm is cleared. The new alarm action feature that we are putting into the next version would be better for that because it can execute an action when an alarm is cleared.
