Following error message occurs periodically: "Playback error [Read Error]: Reading the playback database failed : Getting alarms by period from playback failed : The connection is closed."
원인
Connection from Diagnostic Server to SQL Server instance which hosting Playback database is lost.
해결 방안
Restart the Diagnostic Server service from the Diagnostic Server machine.
