Alarm for page life expectancy is set too low on system with large memory. Spotlight should show PLE 300 per every 4 GB.
원인
Page Life Expectancy(PLE) alarm threshold is set according to a very old Microsoft recommendation. most experts agree that setting threshold to 300 is too low for systems with more than 4GB of buffer pool memory and so this needs to be changed.
해결 방안
STATUS: Enhancement request has been submitted to Development for consideration in a future release of Spotlight on SQL Server Enterprise.
