1. Please go to “Configure | Diagnostic Server | Configure the Spotlight Statistic Repository” and make sure "Enable use of the Spotlight Statistic Repository" is checked
2. If the Statistic Repository is enabled, please enable background collection by going to “Configure | Scheduling” and choose the SQL Server connection to change the setting for. Then scroll to Dead Lock List and make sure “Collect data when Spotlight is not connected” is checked and the frequency of collection is appropriate to capture the info. The default time is set to 5 minutes.
