High Windows xx/xx/xxxx xx:xx:xx Windows host is in an unscheduled outage: Windows Performance Counter connection to <Server_name> failed for user <User-name>. Cannot access performance counters on \\server_name:<file//\\server_name:> Access is denied' after connecting to SQL Server instance.
Lack of sufficient system resources, most likely memory.
Ensure user_name\password is correct.
Increase memory on Diagnostic Server or reduce the number of target servers being monitored. Make sure other applications on machine are not taking up a lot of memory.
