User reported SQL error log read issue. The steps to recreate it are:
1. double click error log on the home page
a. select sql error log drill down
2. screen will open and ask you to hit refresh button to read the log
a. this is when the error occasionally pops. Refresh may also cause it just to read the agent error log and not the SQL error log
