Spotlight does not report a server down until after some time.

When one of user's VM machines went down, Spotlight did not report that the server was down until after some time (7 minutes). The only error that showed under Windows connection was: Collection 'Processes' failed : Collection 'Processor Details' failed : The RPC server is unavailable. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BA). However, it took over 7 minutes for Spotlight to show the OS was down.

WORKAROUND: None
STATUS: Issue fixed in the current release of Spotlight on SQL Server Enterprise. Latest version of Spotlight can be downloaded from here.
