To filter the Fragmented Indexes drilldown by Page Count, calculate the right Minimum Size value. Currently the default value of Minimum Size value is 10 MB meaning 1280 page.
For example, if you would like to show Page Count greater than 50000, he right Minimum Size would be: (50000 * 10 / 1280 ) MB = 390 MB.
Input the right Minimum Size value of 390 MB in the filter field of the Fragmented Indexes drilldown.
