Spotlight On Oracle connects to internet when starting up...How to avoid this?
해결 방안

WORKAROUND
For some versions of Spotlight this workaround works:
Replace the contents of the file C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Spotlight\Console\Resources\web.ini by:
[Default]
Spotlight on the Web=about: blank
For some versions, Spotlight client keeps sending data and receiving on internet. This might cause some delays when closing Spotlight in some restricted environments.
Created SOO-2913 for this problem.
STATUS
Waiting for fix in a future release of Spotlight on Oracle
