Windows connection error: "WMI Win32_ServerSession failed: Access denied."

After applying the steps in the below Help document on minimum WMI permissions, the WMI Access Denied error still persists at the time of connection:

Grant Power User group to the user account. A second WMI error about "Win32_DependentService" may also appear at the time of connection. Ignore the errors and save the connection. Spotlight should be able to monitor most Windows metrics. A few metrics will be missing under the Network dashboard. Per Microsoft, the Win32_DependentService and Win32_ServerSession WMI call require Administrator user group rights.
