'Diagnostic Server Auto Update Failure' alarm occurs in Spotlight Cloud.
원인
The Diagnostic Server (DS) will try to check if a new version of the DS exists, by reading a .txt file on Azure blob. If this fails for any reason (this can be due to intermittent network issues), the alarm is raised.
해결 방안
The change ID: SCMM-3473 has been raised to adjust the DS so that it would check for this 3 times, as opposed to one time, before raising an alarm.
WORKAROUND: None.
STATUS: Waiting for fix in a future release of Spotlight Cloud.
