Is it possible to create an alarm to inform when a specific SQL is executed?

Spotlight Cloud does not monitor SQL scripts executed it records just on the level of queries. There is a section called TSQL Batches, where you can investigate a specific batch, but it isn't possible to define an alarm to be triggered when you run a specific query.
