In Workload Analyzer in some servers, all databases are shown, and in another server, only a few are shown. Why is this happening?

Workload Analyzer (WA) shows the top activity of statements (up to 300) per minute, in databases. If none of the statements at that time came from the missing databases, this would be a reason why they are not shown.
As it's designed, the Workload Analyzer shows the top 25 statements for all databases on the server, so if they are missing from the Statements section in the WA, this means that the statements in those particular databases are not as intensive as the others which are showing, but since the database is not shown under the Top Databases, that would mean that these statements are not collected in the top 300 of any minute in the last hour.
