Does SharePlex for PostgreSQL support the use of a Hints file?

No.
The Hints utility is only available when posting to Oracle. SharePlex supports it's use when replicating from Oracle to Oracle, and from PostgreSQL to Oracle. But not when posting to PostgreSQL.
