Shareplex Compare process finds something wrong with NLS settings.

Determine the following:

1. What is the source and target NLS_LANG settings at database level? (select * from nls_database_parameters)
2. What is the environment for the session that starts Shareplex:

If the environment variable is not set correctly, do so and then bounce Shareplex so that it can inherit correct setting. One may want to know that though the output for "env|sort" may show correct environment settings, it does not necessarily mean that Shareplex was bounced when the variables were set. This can result in Shareplex complaining about incorrect NLS settings when running compare.
