ORA-01115 IO error reading block from file string (block # string)

Cause: The device on which the file resides is probably off line.

Please contact SYS Admin and check system log to see if there are any 'File table overflow' error and make any necessary changes to kernel parameters and reboot the system.

Restart post process after fixing this issue.
