RemoteScan has four separately-enabled logs.
Two of these RemoteScan logs (RemoteScan Server log and RemoteScan Server proxy log) are located on the user's PC:
RemoteScan Server log: Reports communication between RemoteScanServer.exe and local scanner, as well as RemoteScan IP connection traffic on the user's local PC.
RemoteScan Server proxy log: Reports communication between RemoteScanServer.exe and a local connection proxy on the user's local PC, such as a remote connection client or RemoteScan scannerless redirection utility.
The other two RemoteScan logs (RemoteScan Client log and RemoteScan Client proxy log) are located on the Windows Server in the user's Appdata folder:
RemoteScan Client log: Reports communication between RemoteScan and the user's Twain/ISIS imaging app on the user's Windows Server session, as well as reports RemoteScan IP connection traffic on the user's Windows Server session.
RemoteScan Client proxy log: Reports communication between RemoteScan and a remote connection proxy, such as a remote connection server on the user's Windows Server session.RemoteScan Server Logging Instructions (located on user's PC):
