Error when testing e-mail settings: "Failed to send the test message"

When clicking on "Test Settings" for the mail setttings, the below error may occur:
"Failed to send the test message. The transport failed to connect to the server."
해결 방안
This error can occur if the server name cannot be resolved or the port cannot be accessed. Ensure that the name is correct and the port can be queried.
