This is an issue with Task Scheduler and not with RMAD, that could apparently affect even new scheduled tasks.
If after creating a new scheduled task the issue persist, follow these steps:
Go to Task Scheduler > Open the RMAD scheduled task > Go to the Settings tab and change the last setting to "Stop the existing instance".
