Upgrading 8.7.1 causes the Persistence database to be created even when the component is not installed

When to 8.7.1 and Forest Recovery Persistence is not selected, the Persistence database is still created on the SQL server.

Download the hotfix from the following KB article: https://support.quest.com/kb/195619
Extract the CreatePersistentDbCAFix.mst file from the zip and copy it to the Setup folder of the RMADFE 8.7.1 installation package
Open a command prompt and change directory to the Setup folder
Run the following from the command line to install RMADFE 8.7.1: msiexec.exe /i RMADFE_x64.msi /l*v RMADFE_x64.msi.log TRANSFORMS=CreatePersistentDbCAFix.mst
