Incorrect SQL Server version shown in PA client GUI after upgrading to version 7.0.5

After upgrading Performance Analysis (PA) middleware server and monitored instances to 7.0.5, PA client GUI was showing incorrect SQL Server version on a few monitored instances. There are other monitored instances with the same exact SQL Server version but do not have the same issue.

Please perform the following steps:
Compare the output's SQL Server version to the one in the PA 7.0.5 Release Notes
From SQL Server Management Studio, execute the query: SELECT @@VERSION
Verify that the SQL Server version on the monitored instances is certified for support in PA 7.0.5 Release Notes.
Once it is verified, on the monitored instance host, restart the QAM Launcher service from Windows Service console (services.msc).
Launch the PA client GUI to connect to the monitored instance host to verify if the issue is resolved.
If issue persists, generate a support bundle and upload to the Service Request (SR) for Quest Support's further investigation.
