When logging in to the On Demand Portal and navigating to Settings | Subscriptions, I do not see an active subscription (licenses).
This is usually due to one of the following reasons:
For Scenario 1:
Now select Settings | Subscriptions to view the Subscriptions
For Scenario 2:
NOTE: Once the Subscription owner accepts the request, all subscriptions associated with that email address will be assigned to the Organization. Adding a subscription owner to the Subscription Owners list does not add the user to the organization. A subscription owner does not have sign in capability or any other permission settings. To add a user to an Organization, and assign roles to that user, please see the 'Adding users to an organization' section of the On Demand Global Settings User Guide:
