We will be releasing an AI Task Analyzer in On Demand Migration on September 29th to assist you with running migrations. This feature will initially be released as a private preview and we plan to make it available for all customers by end of October 2025.

Starting on September 29th, we will begin enabling access to our AI-powered migration assistant. This new feature addresses one of the most time-consuming aspects of migration: analyzing your migration logs. The migration assistant uses artificial intelligence to quickly process source materials, highlight critical insights, and offer actionable recommendations.
By reducing manual effort, this automation accelerates the migration process, allowing migration teams to focus on more strategic activities. For more details, please refer to this blog: On Demand Migration – AI Task Analyzer – New Feature Spotlight.
Our AI-powered migration assistant will not save your prompts (they will be stateless) and will not use your data to train itself. Your activity in the AI-powered migration assistant will be exclusive to your session, and will not be visible to any other user.
Our AI migration assistant incorporates Microsoft Azure AI Services. Consequently, we have updated our On Demand Migration subprocessor document. You can find the latest version of the subprocessor list here: Subprocessor List.
