In process of migrating the devices from one domain to other using the Cutover, not Offline Domain Join, and receiving this error: "Result code: 32768 Domain Join failed with error code 5 - access denied. Possible issues include credentials or a bad target OU value"
원인
Either the service account credentials have been incorrectly entered in the OMD-AD Credentials Profile or the service account does not have write permissions in the target OU.
해결 방안
Confirm the service account name has Read and Write permissions to the target OU. If the permissions are incorrect, correct to allow Write access. If correct, see below. Confirm the service account name and password are correctly entered in the ODM-AD Profiles | Credential Profiles settings. Write the password in Notepad or other text editor, copy this value to ensure the password is not typed incorrectly in the setting. Paste this value and save the Credential Profile. Run a cutover
