해결 방안
There is a possibility that one or more of the Transaction logs have corrupted and therefore fail to back that log or logs up and therefore the backup fails. Additionally the logs could also be in use and therefore advise to use the VSS backup option for Exchange backups.
If you are using VSS for your Exchange backups, you also may be using the VSS backup option on a Filesystem backup that is running at the same time as the error message i.e. might be in conflict. Since the same volume can be snapshotted by two different callers and is a limitation of the Exchange Plugin, you cannot run two VSS backups that affect the same volume at the same time. Please check this out and schedule the Exchange and File system backups to run so they do not overlap each other’s backup time.
Additionally, make sure that the Exchange Plugin and Exchange Server has been setup as per the Exchange Plugin User Guide on the following link:
You must disable Circular logging on all Exchange Databases to be backed up, as disabling Circular logging is a pre-requisite described in the Exchange Server APM user's guide. From Exchange Management Console right click each Mailbox Database to backup > Properties > Maintenance > uncheck "Enable Circular Logging" and you may have to reboot the Exchange Server for this to take effect:
