Perform the following steps to uninstall and re-install the NetVault Client:
1] Uninstall the NVBU 10.0.1 version using the Windows > Control Panel > Programs and Features section. 2] Once uninstalled, you have to reboot the Client machine to complete the uninstall process! 3] Save the zipped NVBU 10.0.1 binary under C:\NV_Downloads\NVBU1001 directory and unzip the binary locally there as well.
Note: You need to be logged in as an Administrator/root and no AntiVirus Software running during installation on Windows machines. Also save the zipped binary on each machine locally in its own folder under C: drive and not from the Desktop and uncompress there. Running the installation from a network share or copying installation files from a network share will cause installation and software issues. Rebooting Windows machines is a must; otherwise the Software will not run correctly.
