“Could not start Plugin ‘Verify’ on Client machine” error after upgrading NetVault Backup to 8.6.3.

“Could not start Plugin ‘Verify’ on Client machine” backup error messages appeared in the log after upgrading NetVault Backup to 8.6.3. You could go through the KBA 80129, but I saw that when we edited the jobs, that we couldn’t see any Backup Options i.e. the Backup Options tab was completely blank or that some backups had older backup options visible e.g. no VSS option available and the other options were in a different position.
해결 방안
The backup options had not migrated to the new backup options after the upgrade. We therefore edited the job and scrolled down to that Plugin under the Selections tab and verified that we could now see the all the correct backup options listed under the Backup Options tab and then saved that job. We then checked to see if the Backup Options were viewable when editing the Job and they were visible again and correct. So I advised to go through all the backups in the same way and save them again.
