Issue
The customer had received the following message:
"CD to MIME error (Process: ? (000017D8:00000002). Database: c:\Program Files (x86)\IBM\Lotus\Notes\Data\btmail.box. Note: 00000000): ccSTR conversion error"
Solution
The ccSTR conversion error is generated by Notes when it encounters a problem with conversion of a document from CD to MIME format.
Basically, the error indicates that Notes encountered some character that it could not convert from one document format to another. Essentially this is a warning message . . . migrations completed normally.
