When migrating into Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online with Migrator for Notes to SharePoint (MNSP) and a warning message "SharePoint online request exceeded usage limits. Sleeping for 120 seconds before retrying".
It is normal for Microsoft to throttle the connection to their service if there are too many connections being made at the same time. MNSP will handle the throttle message and retry until it is able to successfully copy that piece of data.
