In order to maintain GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) compliance, use of a Multi-geo admin is not permitted.
해결 방안
For Office 365 Multi-Geo tenants, the Administrator accounts used for migration must be in the same geographical region as the target mailboxes to be migrated.
