When running MNE on a 64Bit OS, you are required to set the Powershell(x86) Policy to be Unrestricted. This is a prerequisite for the application to run correctly on a 64Bit OS.
원인
MNE is a 32Bit application, due to the Notes API being 32Bit. When running on a 64Bit OS, MNE must have the PowerShell(x86) Execution Policy set to Unrestricted for the application to function correctly.
해결 방안
1- Load Windows PowerShell (x86) , making sure to launch it as an Administrator.
