원인
The user account didn't have sysadmin role. Therefore, it gave the message "Error occurred while updating the local repository" during the Remote deployment.
해결 방안
Once the sysadmin role was assigned to the user account, it was able to deploy and the instance showed up on the Litespeed UI.
