"Unexpected" error (error code -1) with "There is no data to display" when adding Data Guard monitoring

When trying to monitor a Physical Standby node in Mounted mode using a 6.3.0.10 Oracle cartridge it fails with an "Unexpected" error (error code -1) and UI error shows “There is no data to display”
원인
Oracle in mounted mode cannot execute the “"SET TRANSACTION READ ONLY" command

STATUS This issue has been logged as FOG-6084 and has been fixed in the 6.3.0.21 and higher releases of the Oracle cartridge.
