As per release notes system requirements the following is listed:

Microsoft SQL Server® components:
Microsoft System CLR Types for SQL Server® 2012
If this component is not installed, it will be installed automatically by the RMAD setup.

Why is this component required by RMAD?
해결 방안

Microsoft System CLR Types for SQL Server 2012 is only required for running the RMAD Reports using the Report Viewer. Nothing more relies on this component.
