Getting error: User jsmith is not authorized to access this instance dashboards while selecting time range in PI dashboard.
User jsmith has User Level Access to this instance through a Database Group, not directly.
원인
The issue is caused by the effectiveStartDate of the Database Group object (DBWC_GV_GroupIdentifier) being outside of the time range selected in the SQL PI dashboard.
해결 방안
Workaround. Grant direct User Level Access to the Database Instance to the user, instead of limiting to the Database group.
