Please download and apply the patch called quest_ix_best_practices.pb_.zip from Supportlink (log-in is required): http://support.quest.com/support_download/downloads.asp?productfamilyid=-1&productid=268437637&versionid=268442489&platformid=137&databaseid=20&categoryid=3
To apply the patch: 1. Copy the patch file to C:\Temp directory 4 2. Login to SQL*Plus as quest_ix_best_practices package schema owner 3. Run "@C:\Temp\quest_ix_best_practices.pb_" . Reconnect to Database Analysis and rerun the report
