Document Library migration speed Slow when copying to SharePoint Online

When copying a Document Library to SharePoint Online, the speed is very slow.
원인
This can be cause by many factors such as Microsoft Throttling, large numbers of Lookup Columns, Item Level permissions, versions, and large number of Documents or Items
해결 방안
In this scenario, copy the Document Library by de-selecting ALL of the Permissions option in the Permissions tab.
Also, select the Azure option in the List Content Options tab, and de-select the option to copy Form Page Web Parts in the Web Parts tab of the Content Matrix paste menu.
You can always run a Permission only copy after the content is migrated if needed.
Choosing the OAuth option for authentication will increase performance and and reduce throttling.
