When uploading the Appliance Backup configuration file, YYYYMMDD_kbox_file.tgz by FTP, an error "425 No Data Connection" is seen using the Windows 7 ftp client. Also, when using Filezilla to upload the file, the error "This data connection could not be established ENETUNREACH - Network unreachable" appears.
원인
Kaspersky monitors port 21 and limits the connection plus the ftp client may need be blocked if not added to the trusted area of the system protection application.
해결 방안
Turning off Kaspersky allows the file to upload by FTP.
