When attempting to install or upgrade the agent on 64 bit devices, the error: :"key not valid for use in specified state" is returned.
원인
Windows Security update KB2918614 causes the installer not to function properly.
해결 방안
The issue may be resolved by removing the Windows update KB2918614, then provision from scratch. Once the agent install is finished, you will need to install the fix from microsoft: MS14-049: Description of the security update for Windows Installer Service per: http://support2.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=2918614
