Procedure will not run when executing it from Object Explorer's Script tab

When a user views a package in the Script tab of the Object Explorer, if they go into the Body's Script Map tab, right click on a procedure that is in the package, and selects to execute it, nothing happens. Shouldn't that execute the procedure?
