ERROR: [4616-30-8-00000246] Unable to open personal address book

The personal address book is not accessible by Notes Migrator for Exchange.

Ensure that this is the correct address book for the user in question, sometimes the user may have multiple address books and the one being targeted may be secured in such a way that the Domino account that Notes Migrator is using cannot access it.

• Attempt to open the nsf file with the Notes Client and verify that it's accessible.
• Attempt to migrate it with the Self Service Migrator.
