How to Migrate Nintex Workflows to SharePoint Online

Need instructions on how to actually do the migration of Nintex workflows from SP 2013 to SPO.

Once meet the requirements/pre-requisites, need to just select source site, right click > Copy Source Site and select target site, right click on the target site > use Paste All Site Content. Select all required configuration options including workflow options and run migration.
We would need to select "Nintex forms" check box under "List content options" in case if we have a requirement to migrate Nintex forms as well.
